I was passing a winding path
Over the hill
Across a river
Through the desert
On the other side of the ocean
With you as my witness

Your smile
Your gaze
Your heart
I trusted

I paused by the roadside
Where the flowers bloomed
Where the stream flowing
Where the birds singing
I was happy
And so were you

Faith bore no tax
Soaring higher and higher on its wings

I carried my faith on a journey
Suddenly stumbled
My faith waving
A sharp pain piercing through my chest
I looked back
My faith vanished
